Buyer's guide

Hoodies for clubs, gyms and brands

Hoodies are one of the most requested items in our apparel range. Clubs order them as team warm-up and travel wear. Gyms sell them as merchandise. Clothing brands order them under their own label. We make pullover and zip hoodies, fleece-lined sweatshirts, zip sweatshirts and matching joggers and tracksuits.

Choosing fabric and branding

Fabric weight is usually given in gsm (grams per square metre). Lighter fleece suits layering and warmer climates, and heavier fleece feels thicker and warmer for winter. Tell us how the hoodie will be used and we will suggest a weight.

For branding you can choose embroidery for a stitched, premium logo, a printed logo for bold, simple designs, or sublimation on polyester hoodies for a full all-over design. Add sleeve prints, a back print, custom neck labels and swing tags if you are selling under your own brand.

How to order

Send your logo, colours and a size list. Our designers prepare the artwork for free, and you approve a complimentary prototype before bulk production, which takes 2 to 4 weeks. There is no minimum order, so a brand can test a design with a small run, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is there a minimum order?+

No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces.

What does gsm mean for hoodies?+

Gsm is grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. Lighter fleece is better for layering and warm weather, and heavier fleece feels thicker and warmer. Tell us how the hoodie will be used and we'll suggest a weight.

Can I launch my own clothing brand with you?+

Yes. We make private-label hoodies with your labels and packaging, and with no minimum order you can test a design with a small first run.

Can we order matching team tracksuits?+

Yes. Order hoodies or zip jackets with matching joggers in your club colours, with names or numbers if you need them.

Where are they made?+

In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking office in Melbourne, Australia handles orders and enquiries.
