Ordering
Is there a minimum order quantity at UZAS Sports?
No. UZAS Sports has no minimum order on any product line, so you can order from a single piece. Orders of 25 pieces or more ship free.
Can I see a prototype before ordering in bulk?
Yes. UZAS Sports makes a complimentary customised prototype with your logo and design for you to approve, so you can check the fit, fabric and finish before the bulk order.
How long does production take?
Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after you approve your prototype. Shipping time then depends on air or sea freight and your country.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We usually reply within one business day. The more you tell us (product, quantity, delivery country, deadline and your logo), the faster we can price it.
Do you help with the design?
Yes. Our in-house design team offers free design support, from a rough idea or logo to a print-ready design. You can also preview your logo on gear in the AI mockup studio.
Do you supply gyms, academies and clubs on a wholesale basis?
Yes. We run kit programmes for gyms, martial arts academies, sports clubs and schools, with team branding and repeat orders.
Products and private label
What does UZAS Sports manufacture?
Six product lines: performance apparel, paintball gear, martial arts and combat sports uniforms, gloves, custom patches and sublimated team clothing. That includes boxing and MMA gloves, BJJ, karate, judo and taekwondo uniforms, rash guards, fight shorts, hoodies, tracksuits, jerseys and embroidered, woven and PVC patches.
Can I start my own clothing or fightwear brand with UZAS Sports?
Yes. We make private-label products with your logo, neck labels, swing tags and packaging. With no minimum order you can launch with a small first run and reorder as you grow.
Who makes custom boxing gloves with no minimum order?
UZAS Sports makes custom boxing gloves from kids' sizes to 16 oz, in genuine leather or PU, with printed, embroidered or debossed logos, and there's no minimum order.
Do you make custom BJJ gis for academies?
Yes. Our standard BJJ gi is a 450 gsm pearl weave in adult sizes A0 to A6 plus youth sizes, branded with your embroidery and patches.
What is sublimation and why does it last?
Sublimation prints the design into polyester fabric rather than on top of it, so it won't crack, peel or fade, and a design with many colours costs the same to print as a plain one. It needs polyester or a high-polyester blend.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide by air freight for prototypes and urgent orders, and by sea freight for large bulk orders. Orders of 25 pieces or more ship free.

Where are UZAS Sports products made?
Everything is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. We also have a showroom in Sialkot and a booking office in Melbourne, Australia.
