UZAS Sports ("UZAS", "we", "us", "our") manufactures custom sportswear, combat sports gear, gloves and patches at our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, with showrooms in Sialkot and Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.uzassports.com, by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp and when you order from us.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other privacy laws that apply to our customers.

We only collect information we need to answer your enquiry and supply your order:

• Contact details: your name, business or club name, email address, phone or mobile number and country.
• Enquiry and order details: the products, sizes, quantities, artwork, logos and messages you send us.
• Delivery and billing details: shipping address and the information needed to invoice you and arrange payment.
• SMS and call records: your mobile number, your SMS consent and opt-out choices, and the messages we exchange with you.
• Website data: basic, anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) and the spam-protection check run on our forms.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

• To reply to enquiries and send quotations, design proofs and prototype approvals.
• To manufacture, pack, ship and track your order, and to handle invoices and payments.
• To provide customer service, including order and shipping updates by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To keep our website secure, prevent spam and improve how the site works.
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

• Our website, hosting, form storage, email, analytics and spam-protection providers.
• Our phone, SMS and messaging providers, to deliver the messages you asked for.
• Payment and banking providers, accountants and authorities where the law requires it.

These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. Because our factory is in Pakistan and our team works from Australia, Pakistan and the USA, your information may be stored or handled in those countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected wherever it is handled.

We store information in secure, access-controlled systems and only staff who need it to handle your enquiry or order can see it. We keep order records for as long as needed for the order, warranty questions and our legal and tax obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the personal information we hold about you, or correct it.
• Delete your information where we no longer need it for an order or legal reason.
• Stop SMS (reply STOP) or other messages from us.
