Embroidery, printing or sublimation?
Embroidery suits chest logos and gives a raised, stitched finish that survives years of washing. Printing suits large back designs and slogans. Sublimation is the choice when you want a design covering the whole hoodie, but it needs polyester fabric, so it is used on performance and sublimated fleece hoodies rather than cotton-rich ones.
Many clubs combine methods: an embroidered crest on the chest, a printed club name across the back and player initials on the sleeve. Ask for a sample so you can see the finish before the bulk order.
How do you get sizing right?
Share a size chart with your members and collect sizes with a sign-up sheet or online form before you order. If you sell hoodies at the front desk, buy more of the middle sizes and fewer of the extremes, and reorder as sizes run out. Order the sample in two sizes so members can check the fit, sleeve length and hood.
