We make custom PVC patches for tactical teams, airsoft and paintball squads, fire and rescue crews, clubs and clothing brands. Each design gets its own mould, so you can have flat 2D patches or raised 3D layers, any shape and size, with hook-and-loop, sew-on or glow-in-the-dark finishes. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is there a minimum order?+

No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces.

What is the difference between 2D and 3D PVC patches?+

2D patches have flat layers of colour. 3D patches have raised, sculpted layers, so faces, animals and lettering stand out and catch the light.

Are PVC patches waterproof?+

Yes. PVC is a soft, flexible rubber that does not fray, fade or soak up water, which is why tactical, airsoft and outdoor teams choose it.

Can PVC patches glow in the dark?+

Yes. We can use glow-in-the-dark PVC for the whole patch or for parts of the design.

PVC or embroidered: which should I choose?+

Choose PVC for durability, water resistance and sharp raised detail. Choose embroidery for a classic textured look on uniforms and gis.

Where are they made?+

In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries.
