No. UZAS Sports has no minimum order on any product line, so you can order from a single piece. Orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. ### Can I see a prototype before ordering in bulk? Yes. UZAS Sports makes a complimentary customised prototype with your logo and design for you to approve, so you can check the fit, fabric and finish before the bulk order. ### How long does production take? Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after you approve your prototype. Shipping time then depends on air or sea freight and your country. ### How quickly will I get a quote? We usually reply within one business day. The more you tell us (product, quantity, delivery country, deadline and your logo), the faster we can price it. ### Do you help with the design? Yes. Our in-house design team offers free design support, from a rough idea or logo to a print-ready design. You can also preview your logo on gear in the AI mockup studio. ### Do you supply gyms, academies and clubs on a wholesale basis? Yes. We run kit programmes for gyms, martial arts academies, sports clubs and schools, with team branding and repeat orders. ### What does UZAS Sports manufacture? Six product lines: performance apparel, paintball gear, martial arts and combat sports uniforms, gloves, custom patches and sublimated team clothing. That includes boxing and MMA gloves, BJJ, karate, judo and taekwondo uniforms, rash guards, fight shorts, hoodies, tracksuits, jerseys and embroidered, woven and PVC patches. ### Can I start my own clothing or fightwear brand with UZAS Sports? Yes. We make private-label products with your logo, neck labels, swing tags and packaging. With no minimum order you can launch with a small first run and reorder as you grow. ### Who makes custom boxing gloves with no minimum order? UZAS Sports makes custom boxing gloves from kids' sizes to 16 oz, in genuine leather or PU, with printed, embroidered or debossed logos, and there's no minimum order. ### Do you make custom BJJ gis for academies? Yes. Our standard BJJ gi is a 450 gsm pearl weave in adult sizes A0 to A5 plus youth sizes, branded with your embroidery and patches. Our competition gis are made to IBJJF uniform rules (white, royal blue or black, 1.3 cm lapel, 5 cm collar, sewn cotton patches). ### Do you have size charts for gis, fight shorts, hoodies and t-shirts? Yes. Our size guide has charts for BJJ gis (A0 to A5 with a height and weight guide), Muay Thai shorts, MMA shorts, Muay Thai and MMA training shirts, regular fit t-shirts, hoodies and women's leggings. Brands and academies can also have a size run graded to their own measurements. ### What colours can I choose? Jiu-jitsu gi fabric comes in white, black, royal blue, red, purple, light grey, olive green and camouflage. For sublimated products you can pick from our 14-page sublimation colour chart, where every swatch is labelled with its Pantone reference, or send us your own Pantone numbers. ### What is sublimation and why does it last? Sublimation prints the design into polyester fabric rather than on top of it, so it won't crack, peel or fade, and a design with many colours costs the same to print as a plain one. It needs polyester or a high-polyester blend. ### Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We ship worldwide by air freight for prototypes and urgent orders, and by sea freight for large bulk orders. Orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. ### Do you ship to the USA, the UK and Australia? Yes. We regularly make orders for brands, gyms, academies and clubs in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Orders can be arranged through our booking offices in Chicago and Melbourne and shipped from our factory in Sialkot. ### How can I pay? We accept bank transfer, PayPal and Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Your quote and invoice show the payment options for your order. ### Where are UZAS Sports products made? Everything is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. We also have a showroom in Sialkot and booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, Illinois, USA. ### Is UZAS Sports a verified supplier? UZAS Sports is an Alibaba Premium Supplier, and you can visit our showroom in Sialkot or arrange your order through our booking offices in Melbourne and Chicago. ### How do I contact UZAS Sports? There's no minimum order, you approve a complimentary prototype before bulk, and bulk orders take 2–4 weeks. - Weights: Kids (around 6 oz), 10, 12, 14 and 16 oz; 6–18 oz on request - Materials: Genuine leather for heavy use, PU for classes and starter packs - Closure: Wide Velcro strap for classes, lace-up for fights and sparring - Padding: Layered foam across the knuckles, attached thumb, breathable lining - Branding: Printed logo on the strike area or cuff, any colour; Embroidered cuff for a raised, stitched finish; Debossed logo pressed into the leather; Custom colourways in your gym's colours; Branded boxes and packaging for front-desk sales #### Who orders custom boxing gloves from us Most of our glove orders come from three kinds of buyers. Boxing and fitness gyms want branded gloves for class hire and to sell at the front desk. Clubs want matching gloves for their fight team. Brands want their own line of gloves made under their label, with their packaging. Each group needs something different. A gym running fitness classes needs gloves that clean easily and survive being shared every day. A fight team needs lace-up gloves that fit well and hold their shape. A brand needs consistency from one order to the next so its customers get the same glove every time. #### How to plan a glove order for a gym Start with how members use the gloves. For bag and pad work most adults train in 14 oz, and 16 oz is the usual choice for sparring. Lighter adults and fitness classes often use 10 or 12 oz, and junior classes need kids' sizes around 6 oz. Then split your order by material. Many gyms stock PU gloves for beginners and hire, because they cost less and wipe clean, and genuine leather gloves for members who train most days and want a glove that breaks in to their hand. Finally choose the branding. A printed logo is the most flexible option and works in any colour. Embroidery on the cuff gives a stitched, raised finish. A debossed logo pressed into leather looks understated and premium. Because there is no minimum order, you can test two or three styles before you commit to a bigger run. #### How to compare boxing glove manufacturers before you order Glove quotes are hard to compare because two gloves with the same weight and logo can be built very differently. Before you choose a custom boxing gloves manufacturer, ask each one the same questions. Is the outer genuine leather or PU, and is that the whole glove or only the strike area? How is the padding layered across the knuckles? Is the thumb attached? What is the lining, and is the closure a wide Velcro strap or lace-up? Next, ask who actually makes the gloves. Some sellers pass orders on to another workshop, which makes it harder to keep the same glove from one order to the next. We make gloves in our own factory in Sialkot, where we have worked since 2005, so the glove you approve is the glove we repeat. Then check the glove in your hands, not just in photos. A complimentary prototype with your logo lets you feel the padding, test the strap on a bag, look at the stitching around the cuff and thumb, and see how the branding looks in real life. If you are building a brand, also ask about private label: we add your own labels, swing tags and boxes so the gloves arrive ready to sell. Finally, compare the whole timeline and the delivered cost, not just the price per pair. Ask how long production takes after you approve the prototype (2 to 4 weeks with us), how the gloves are shipped (air freight for prototypes and urgent orders, sea freight for bulk) and whether shipping is included (free from 25 pieces). #### From prototype to delivery Send us your logo, the weights you need and roughly how many pairs. We prepare the design, make a prototype with your branding and send it for approval, so you can check the padding, the strap and the finish in your own hands. Once you approve it, bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks in our Sialkot factory, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Which glove weights should a gym stock? A: Most adults train in 14 oz for bag and pad work and 16 oz for sparring. 10 and 12 oz suit fitness classes and lighter adults, and around 6 oz suits junior classes. Check your gym's or federation's sparring rules too. Q: Leather or PU? A: Genuine leather breaks in to the hand and lasts longest under daily use. PU costs less and cleans easily, so many gyms stock PU for beginners and class hire and leather for members who train most days. Q: Can I get a complimentary prototype before ordering in bulk? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your logo for you to approve, so you can check the fit, padding and finish before the bulk order. Q: Do you make women's boxing gloves? A: Yes. We make women's and smaller-hand boxing gloves, usually in 8 to 12 oz, in genuine leather or PU with your logo and colours. Q: Leather or PU boxing gloves? A: Genuine leather lasts longer and softens to the hand, so it suits premium gloves and pro gyms. PU is lighter on cost and easy to clean, so it suits club and beginner gloves. We make both. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom BJJ Gi https://www.uzassports.com/custom-bjj-gi We make custom BJJ gis for jiu jitsu academies, schools, teams and fightwear brands in our own Sialkot factory. Our standard gi is a 450 gsm pearl weave in adult sizes A0 to A5 plus youth sizes, made to IBJJF uniform rules for competition and branded with your embroidery and patches. There's no minimum order, so a new brand can test a design, and you approve a prototype before bulk. - Fabric: 450 gsm pearl weave as standard: strong, but light enough for long sessions - Sizes: Adult A0–A5 (size chart below), plus youth sizes - Colours: White, royal blue and black (IBJJF competition colours), plus red, purple, light grey, olive green and camouflage - Competition: Made to IBJJF uniform rules: 1.3 cm lapel, 5 cm collar, sewn cotton patches - Matching kit: Belts, rash guards, fight shorts and patches in the same branding - Branding: Embroidered chest logo; Shoulder and back patches; Academy or brand name down the pant leg; Your own neck labels, swing tags and packaging for private label; Rank-coloured rash guards for no-gi classes #### What makes a good academy gi An academy gi has to survive hard training several times a week, wash after wash, and still fit. Our standard jacket is a 450 gsm pearl weave. It is strong enough for daily grip fighting but light enough that students don't overheat in a long class. Pants are cut for movement, with a reinforced knee and a drawstring or rope waist. Shrinkage is the complaint we hear most from academy owners who have bought cheap gis before. Cotton shrinks if it is washed hot and tumble dried. We explain the right care on every order, and we recommend trying a prototype in two sizes so you can see how it fits after washing. #### Branding that looks right on the mat Most academies put an embroidered logo on the chest or a patch on the shoulder, with the academy name down one pant leg. Back patches give the biggest space for a design and are popular with academies that compete. If your students compete, check your federation's patch rules before you finalise the placement, and we will place the branding to suit. You can also match the gi to the rest of your kit: rank-coloured rash guards for no-gi classes, fight shorts, belts and a branded gym bag. Ordering them together keeps the colours and logos consistent. #### What to send us for an academy gi quote You don't need finished artwork or exact numbers to ask for a quote. A few details let us prepare the design and a prototype quickly: your logo file (a vector file is best, but a clear photo or PNG works and our designers redraw it for free), the gi colours you want, and where each logo or patch should go on the jacket and pants. Next, give us a rough size split. Count how many adults, women and kids train with you and which sizes they wear now, even if it is only an estimate. Our guide to BJJ gi sizes for academy orders, linked below, shows how to turn that into a size run. Tell us too if any students compete, so the branding stays clear of restricted areas; our gi patch placement guide explains where patches usually go. Finally, tell us your date. If you are launching gis for a grading, a new term or a competition, say so up front. Bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the complimentary prototype, prototypes and urgent orders travel by air freight, and bulk orders go by sea freight unless you need them sooner. #### Starting your own BJJ brand Private-label gis are a common way to start a fightwear brand. We add your neck labels, swing tags and packaging, so the gi arrives ready to sell. With no minimum order you can make a small first run, test it with your customers and scale the sizes that sell. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Are your BJJ gis IBJJF legal? A: Yes. Our competition gis are made to IBJJF uniform rules: woven cotton, one colour in white, royal blue or black, a 1.3 cm lapel and 5 cm collar, sleeves within 2 cm of the wrist and patches sewn on in the permitted areas. Our other fabric colours are for training and academy wear. Q: What weight is your standard BJJ gi? A: Our standard BJJ gi is a 450 gsm pearl weave, which suits most students for everyday training. Q: How do we get the sizing right for a whole academy? A: Order a prototype in a couple of sizes and have students of different builds try them first. Many academies pre-sell with a sign-up sheet so they know their sizes before the bulk order. Q: Can I start my own BJJ brand with you? A: Yes. We make private-label gis, rash guards, fight shorts and belts with your labels and packaging, and with no minimum order you can test a design before scaling up. Q: Are there rules on patch placement for competition? A: Yes. Federations set rules on where patches can go, so check them if your students compete and we'll place the branding to suit. Q: Can you make women's BJJ gis? A: Yes. We make women's gis with your branding, graded to a women's size spec: send your own or we adapt our size chart, and you check the fit on a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Rash Guards https://www.uzassports.com/custom-rash-guards We make custom rash guards and matching fight shorts for BJJ and MMA gyms and brands. The design is sublimated into four-way stretch polyester and spandex, so it won't crack when the fabric stretches during rolling. Long or short sleeve, rank colours or a fully custom design, with no minimum order. - Fabric: Polyester and spandex blend with four-way stretch, quick-drying - Print: Full sublimation: the design is inside the fabric, so nothing cracks or peels - Construction: Flatlock seams, gripper band at the hem, a neck that holds its shape - Cuts: Long sleeve and short sleeve; matching fight shorts and compression shorts - Branding: Edge-to-edge design in your gym's colours; Rank-coloured versions for no-gi classes; Names, numbers and sponsor logos at no extra print cost; Matching fight shorts for a complete no-gi set; Your own neck labels, swing tags and packaging for private label #### Why sublimation suits rash guards A rash guard stretches every time you shrimp, bridge or reach for a grip. A screen print or heat transfer sits on top of the fabric, so it cracks and peels as the fabric stretches. Sublimation turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester fibres, so the design becomes part of the fabric and moves with it. Sublimation also prints the whole garment in one pass. A design with ten colours, a gradient and a photo costs the same to print as a plain one, so you can use your gym's full artwork edge to edge. #### Planning rash guards for a whole gym Many gyms order rank rash guards: one design in white, blue, purple, brown and black so students can wear their rank in no-gi classes. Others order one team design for everyone plus a coaches' version. Decide on long sleeve, short sleeve or both, then collect sizes with a sign-up sheet before you place the bulk order. Add matching fight shorts and you have a complete no-gi kit. Gyms that sell the set at the front desk often find it outsells a single item. #### How the order works Send your logo or a rough idea and our designers prepare the artwork for free. We make a complimentary prototype for you to approve, then produce the bulk order in 2 to 4 weeks. There is no minimum order, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Why do some rash guards crack or fade? A: Screen prints and heat transfers sit on top of the fabric and crack as it stretches. Sublimation prints the design into the fibres, so there's no layer to break down. Q: Does a full-colour design cost more? A: No. The whole garment is printed in one pass, so a design with many colours and gradients costs the same to print as a plain one. Q: Can I get a complimentary prototype first? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your design for you to approve, so your coaches can train in it before the bulk order. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Sublimated Jerseys https://www.uzassports.com/custom-sublimated-jerseys We make custom sublimated jerseys and full team kits for clubs and schools. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are printed into the polyester fabric in the same pass, so every shirt can be different and nothing cracks, peels or fades. Football, basketball, cricket, netball, volleyball and more, with no minimum order. - Fabric: Polyester and high-polyester blends, light and breathable - Print: Full sublimation: unlimited colours, gradients and edge-to-edge designs - Personalisation: Player names and numbers printed in the same pass - Sports: Football, basketball, cricket, netball, volleyball, hockey and more - Branding: Unlimited colours at no extra cost; Sponsor logos front, back and sleeves; Individual names and numbers for every player; Matching shorts, warm-up jackets and hoodies; Preview your design in the AI mockup studio #### What clubs order Football and soccer clubs, basketball and volleyball clubs, cricket, netball, hockey and baseball teams all order sublimated jerseys from us. Schools order house colours and sports kits. Most clubs order the full set: playing jerseys, shorts, a goalkeeper or libero version, training tops and warm-up jackets. Because names, numbers and sponsor logos print in the same pass as the design, every jersey in the roster can be different without extra setup. #### How to plan a team kit order Collect three things before you ask for a quote: your logo and colours, a size list for every player, and a name and number list. Add any sponsor logos and where they should go. If you are not sure about the design, send a photo of an old kit or a few ideas and our designers will draw it up for free. Order a few spare jerseys in common sizes for new players during the season. Sublimated kits are easy to reorder because the design file is kept on record, so a mid-season reorder matches the original. #### Fabric and care Sublimation works on polyester and high-polyester blends, which is why it suits sports jerseys: the fabric is light, dries fast and holds its shape. Wash kits cold and inside out and avoid hot tumble drying, and the colours stay bright for seasons of use. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Will the print fade in the wash? A: No. The ink bonds with the polyester fibres, so the design is part of the fabric rather than a layer on top. There's nothing to crack, peel or wash off. Q: Can you sublimate on cotton? A: Not properly. Sublimation needs polyester or a high-polyester blend. For a cotton feel on casual team tees, another print method suits better. Q: Does every player's shirt cost more with names and numbers? A: Names and numbers are printed in the same pass as the design, so personalising every shirt in the roster is straightforward. Q: Do you make custom bowling shirts and esports jerseys? A: Yes. Sublimation works for any polyester shirt, so we also make custom bowling shirts, esports and gaming jerseys, fishing shirts and supporter jerseys with names, numbers and sponsor logos. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Paintball Jerseys https://www.uzassports.com/custom-paintball-jerseys We make custom paintball jerseys for teams and fields: padded at the forearms and elbows, breathable under the arms, reinforced at the shoulders and cuffs, and sublimated with your team design, names, numbers and sponsors. Order matching pants, gloves and pod harnesses together to keep colours consistent. No minimum order. - Padding: Forearms and elbows, protective without stiffening the sleeve - Airflow: Breathable panels under the arms and down the sides - Durability: Reinforced stitching at shoulders and cuffs, tough outer fabric on the arms - Cuts: Full sleeve and half sleeve jerseys, matching paintball-ready trousers - Branding: Fully sublimated team design; Player names, numbers and sponsor logos; Matching pants, gloves, headbands and pod harnesses; Team tees, hoodies and flags for off the field; PVC patches and arm bands #### Built for tournament days A paintball jersey takes more punishment than most sportswear. Players dive, slide and crawl, so we pad the forearms and elbows and use a tough outer fabric on the arms. Breathable panels under the arms and down the sides help on long tournament days, and reinforced stitching at the shoulders and cuffs stops the jersey wearing through after a few events. #### Designing a team look Sublimation lets you print the whole jersey in your team colours, with player names, numbers and every sponsor logo, at no extra print cost for extra colours. Order matching paintball pants, gloves, headbands and pod harnesses at the same time so the colours match across the kit. Fields and event organisers also order jerseys for staff and rental players, and PVC patches, arm bands and team flags for events. #### From design to delivery Send your logo and colours, or an old jersey, and our designers prepare the artwork for free. You approve a prototype before bulk production, which takes 2 to 4 weeks. There is no minimum order, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: What makes a good tournament jersey? A: Padding where you land on dives, breathable side panels for long tournament days, and reinforced stitching so the jersey doesn't wear through after a few events. Q: Does a complex design cost more? A: No. Sublimated jerseys print unlimited colours in one pass, so there's no reason to hold back on the design. Q: Can we order the full kit together? A: Yes, and we recommend it. Ordering jerseys, pants, gloves and harnesses together keeps the colours consistent across the kit. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom MMA Gloves https://www.uzassports.com/custom-mma-gloves We make custom MMA gloves for gyms, fight teams and brands in our own Sialkot factory: lighter competition-style gloves and more heavily padded hybrid sparring gloves, in genuine leather or PU, with your logo printed, embroidered or debossed. There's no minimum order, you approve a complimentary prototype before bulk, and bulk orders take 2–4 weeks. - Styles: Competition-style MMA gloves and hybrid sparring gloves with extra padding - Materials: Genuine leather for heavy use, PU for classes and hire - Design: Open fingers, padded knuckles, wrist strap that holds firm while grappling - Sizes: Adult sizes from small to extra large, plus kids' sizes on request - Branding: Printed logo on the knuckle area or wrist strap; Embroidered or debossed logo for a premium finish; Custom colourways in your gym's colours; Matching boxing gloves, shin guards and fight shorts; Branded packaging for front-desk sales and private label #### MMA gloves for gyms, fight teams and brands An MMA glove has to let a fighter strike and grapple in the same exchange. That means open fingers, a padded knuckle area and a wrist strap that holds firm when the hand is gripping. Gyms usually stock two types: lighter gloves, around 4 oz, that match what fighters wear in competition, and heavier hybrid sparring gloves, often around 6 to 7 oz, with more padding to protect training partners. We make both in our Sialkot factory, in genuine leather or PU, with your logo printed, embroidered or debossed. #### Which gloves should a gym stock? For MMA classes most gyms put members in hybrid sparring gloves, because the extra padding protects partners during drilling and light sparring. Fighters preparing for a bout train in competition-style gloves for some sessions so they get used to the feel. Many gyms keep a set of PU gloves for trial classes and hire, and sell leather gloves to regular members. Check the rules of the promotion or federation your fighters compete under, because some events supply their own gloves or set the glove weight. #### How to order Tell us the glove type, the sizes and your logo. We make a prototype with your branding so you can test the fit, the thumb, the palm and the wrist strap before the bulk order. Bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks, there is no minimum order, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: What's the difference between competition and sparring MMA gloves? A: Competition-style MMA gloves are light, often around 4 oz, with thin padding. Hybrid sparring gloves are heavier, often around 6 to 7 oz, with more padding over the knuckles to protect training partners. Most gyms use sparring gloves for classes. Q: Leather or PU? A: Genuine leather lasts longest under daily training and moulds to the hand. PU costs less and wipes clean, so many gyms use PU for trial classes and hire and sell leather gloves to regular members. Q: Can I test the gloves before ordering in bulk? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your logo so you can check the fit, the thumb, the palm and the wrist strap before the bulk order. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Fight Shorts https://www.uzassports.com/custom-fight-shorts We make custom fight shorts for MMA, BJJ, kickboxing and Muay Thai gyms and fightwear brands. MMA shorts are fully sublimated with your design, names and sponsors, with side splits or a stretch panel so fighters can kick and grapple. Muay Thai shorts come in your gym colours with your name on the waistband. No minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype first. - MMA shorts: Polyester with stretch, side splits or a stretch crotch panel, Velcro and drawstring closure - Muay Thai: Short, wide-leg cut with a high elastic waistband for kicks and knees - Print: Full sublimation: unlimited colours that don't crack or peel - Matching kit: Rash guards, compression shorts, hoodies and gym bags - Branding: Edge-to-edge sublimated design in your colours; Gym name across the waistband; Fighter names and sponsor logos at no extra print cost; Your own labels, swing tags and packaging for private label; Matching rash guards for a complete no-gi set #### MMA shorts and Muay Thai shorts are different MMA shorts are cut for grappling as well as striking. They usually sit longer on the leg, have side splits or a stretch panel in the crotch so a fighter can kick and shrimp, and close with Velcro and a drawstring so they stay put during scrambles. Most are polyester with some stretch, which is what makes full sublimation possible. Muay Thai shorts are shorter and wider in the leg so kicks and knees are never restricted, with a high, wide elastic waistband. They are traditionally made in a shiny satin finish and decorated with bold lettering on the waistband and legs. #### Branding options Sublimated MMA shorts can carry a full edge-to-edge design, your gym's logo, a fighter's name and sponsor logos, all printed in the same pass and with no extra cost for extra colours. For Muay Thai shorts, gyms usually choose the colours and put the gym name across the waistband. Pair the shorts with matching rash guards for a no-gi set, or with compression shorts for training under fight shorts. #### How to plan sizes for a gym or fight team order Fight shorts are sized by waist, and every brand cuts them a little differently, so a member's size in another brand is only a starting point. Ask each person for their waist measurement in inches or centimetres, measured around the natural waist, rather than their usual size letter. Muay Thai shorts in particular are often labelled smaller than standard clothing sizes, so sizing by measurement avoids most returns. MMA shorts with a Velcro and drawstring closure adjust over a range of waist sizes, which makes them forgiving for a mixed group. Muay Thai shorts rely on the elastic waistband, so getting the waist size right matters more. If a fighter is between sizes, the larger size is usually the safer choice for both styles. Use the prototype to settle the size run. Try it on two or three members of different builds, check the leg length and the waistband while they kick, knee and sit in guard, and note any change before you approve. Then collect sizes with a simple sign-up sheet and add a few spares in the most common sizes for new members. If you are ordering matching rash guards at the same time, collect both sizes on the same sheet so each member's set arrives together. #### From design to delivery Send your logo or idea and our designers prepare the artwork for free. You approve a prototype before bulk production, which takes 2 to 4 weeks. There is no minimum order, so a gym can start with a small run for its fight team, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: What's the difference between MMA shorts and Muay Thai shorts? A: MMA shorts are longer, with splits or a stretch panel and a Velcro and drawstring closure, so they work for grappling and striking. Muay Thai shorts are shorter and wider in the leg with a high elastic waistband, so kicks and knees are never restricted. Q: Will the print crack? A: No. Sublimation prints the design into the polyester fibres, so there is no layer on top to crack or peel when the shorts stretch. Q: Can I start a fightwear brand with you? A: Yes. We make private-label fight shorts, rash guards and gis with your labels and packaging, and with no minimum order you can test a design before scaling up. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Martial Arts Uniforms https://www.uzassports.com/custom-martial-arts-uniforms We make custom martial arts uniforms for karate dojos, taekwondo schools, judo clubs and jiu jitsu academies in our own Sialkot factory: lightweight and student karate gis, V-neck uniforms, judo gis and BJJ gis, with your school's embroidery, patches and belts. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Karate: Lightweight 6 oz and student 7 oz gis, in white, black or your colours - Taekwondo: V-neck uniforms, with coloured collars for black belts on request - Judo & jiu jitsu: 450 g middleweight judo gi, traditional jujitsu gi and BJJ gi - Sizes: Children's to adult sizes for a whole school - Branding: Embroidered school logo on the chest; School name on the back or pant leg; Sleeve badges and patches; Embroidered belts and rank stripes; Matching gym bags, head guards and gloves #### Uniforms for every style We make uniforms for karate dojos, taekwondo schools, judo clubs and jiu jitsu academies. Each style needs a different garment. Karate gis come in lightweight versions for kata and kids' classes and heavier canvas weights for senior students. Taekwondo uniforms (doboks) usually have a V-neck jacket, often with a coloured collar for black belts. Judo gis need a thick, strong jacket that stands up to throws, and BJJ gis use a pearl-weave jacket cut closer to the body. From our catalogue we make a lightweight 6 oz karate gi, a 7 oz student karate gi, a 7 oz V-neck martial arts uniform, a 450 g middleweight judo gi, a traditional jujitsu gi and a BJJ gi. #### Getting the size run right for a school A school order covers a wide range of sizes, from small children to adult black belts. Collect sizes with a sign-up sheet and order a few spares in the most common children's sizes, because those students grow out of their uniforms fastest. If students are between sizes, cotton uniforms should be ordered with shrinkage in mind and washed cold. If your students compete, check your federation's rules for colour, collar, cut and where logos and patches can go before you approve the design. #### Branding and matching kit Most schools add an embroidered logo on the chest, the school name on the back and a badge or patch on the sleeve. Embroidered belts, rank stripes, gym bags and head guards can be ordered with the uniforms. There is no minimum order, you approve a prototype before bulk production, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Which karate gi weight should students wear? A: Lightweight gis, like our 6 oz, suit beginners, children and warm climates. Heavier gis feel crisper for kata and suit senior students. Many dojos stock a light student gi and offer a heavier gi for grading. Q: Do you make taekwondo uniforms? A: Yes. We make V-neck taekwondo uniforms and can add a coloured collar for black belts. If your students compete, check your federation's rules for colour, cut and logo placement before approving the design. Q: How do I order for a whole school? A: Collect sizes with a sign-up sheet, order a few spares in common children's sizes, and approve a prototype before the bulk order. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Taekwondo Uniforms https://www.uzassports.com/custom-taekwondo-uniforms We make custom taekwondo uniforms (doboks) for taekwondo schools, clubs and martial arts brands in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan: V-neck doboks in white, with a coloured or red-and-black collar for black belts, embroidered with your school logo. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Style: V-neck taekwondo dobok: jacket, pants and belt - Collar: White collar for coloured belts; black or red-and-black collar for black belts and instructors - Weight: 7 oz V-neck uniform as standard - Sizes: Children's to adult sizes, so one order can cover a whole school - Branding: Embroidered school logo on the chest; School or club name on the back; Embroidery on the pant leg; Sleeve badges and patches; Matching embroidered belts #### What to send us for a school dobok quote You don't need finished artwork or an exact head count to ask for a quote on custom taekwondo uniforms. Start with your logo file (a vector file is best, but a clear photo or PNG works and our designers redraw it for free), the dobok style your school wears (most World Taekwondo schools wear the V-neck dobok) and how many uniforms you expect to need in the first order. Next, tell us how the order splits by rank. Most schools need white-collar doboks for colour belts and black or red-and-black collar doboks for black belts, poom grades and instructors, so give us a rough number for each. Then add the branding you want: an embroidered logo on the chest, the school name on the back, embroidery on the pant leg, sleeve badges or patches, and matching embroidered belts. For sizing, collect each student's height on one sign-up sheet rather than guessing from age, and add a few spares in the common children's sizes for new starters. One order can run from children's to adult sizes, so the whole school can be covered in a single run. #### Checklist before you order custom doboks Style: V-neck dobok, or tell us if your school wears a different jacket. Collars: how many white-collar and how many black or red-and-black collar uniforms. Sizes: a height list or size breakdown, plus spares. Branding: logo files and where each logo, name or badge goes. Belts: plain or embroidered with the school or student name. Date: when you need the uniforms, for example before a grading or a new term. Once you approve the complimentary prototype with your logo, check the fabric, the fit, the collar and the embroidery in your own hands before the bulk order. Bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks, there is no minimum order, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. If students compete, check your federation's current uniform rules before ordering competition doboks. Many schools order their sparring gear at the same time, so the whole kit carries the same logo and colours. We also make taekwondo sparring gear, including moulded head guards, hand and foot protectors, forearm guards and shin guards in red, blue or your club colours, and we can quote it with your dobok order. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Can you make black-collar doboks for black belts? A: Yes. We make V-neck doboks with a black or red-and-black collar for black belts, poom grades and instructors, alongside white-collar uniforms for coloured belts. Q: Can students wear your doboks in competition? A: Our doboks are made for training, gradings and demonstrations with your own school branding. If your students compete under a federation that requires approved uniforms or licensed logos, check its current rules before ordering competition doboks. Q: How do I order doboks for a whole school? A: Collect each student's height and size on one sheet, add a few spares in common children's sizes, and send it with your logo. We make a prototype for you to approve first, then produce the full order. Q: Can I see a prototype before the bulk order? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your logo so you can check the fabric, fit, collar and embroidery before the bulk order. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Karate Gi https://www.uzassports.com/custom-karate-gi We make custom karate gis for dojos, karate associations and martial arts brands in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan: lightweight 6 oz and student 7 oz gis in white or black, embroidered with your dojo logo and name. Send your logo and we prepare the artwork for free. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype first. - Types: Embroidered, woven, PVC, chenille, leather and reflective - Backings: Sew-on, iron-on and hook-and-loop (Velcro) - Shapes: Any shape and size, cut to the outline of your design - Uses: Uniforms, gis, jackets, caps, bags and tactical gear - Branding: Thread colours matched to your logo; Merrowed or laser-cut borders; Fine text with woven patches; Waterproof, durable PVC for outdoor and tactical use; Patches applied to garments we make for you #### Which patch type fits your use Embroidered patches are stitched with thread on a twill backing. They have a raised, textured look that suits club badges, uniforms, jackets and martial arts gis. Woven patches use finer thread, so they can show small text and fine detail with a flatter finish. PVC patches are moulded from soft rubber, which makes them waterproof and very durable, which is why tactical, outdoor and paintball teams use them. We also make chenille patches for letterman jackets, leather patches for caps and bags, and reflective patches for safety and tactical gear. #### Backings and attachment Choose the backing by how the patch will be used. Sew-on is the strongest option for uniforms and gis that are washed often. Iron-on suits casual wear. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) backings let a team swap patches between jackets, vests and plate carriers. Tell us the size, shape and quantity, and whether the patch will be sewn, ironed or attached with hook and loop, and we will suggest the right type for your design. #### How the order works Send your logo in any format. Our designers prepare the patch artwork for free and we make a sample for you to approve. There is no minimum order, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. You can also add your patches to gis, jackets, bags and teamwear that we make for you, so everything arrives together. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Embroidered, woven or PVC: which should I choose? A: Embroidered patches have a raised, textured look. Woven patches show fine detail and small text. PVC patches are soft rubber, waterproof and very durable, so they suit tactical and outdoor use. Q: Which backing is best? A: Sew-on is strongest for uniforms that are washed often. Iron-on suits casual wear. Hook-and-loop lets you move patches between jackets, vests and bags. Q: Can you put the patches on our garments? A: Yes. If we are making your gis, jackets or teamwear, we can apply the patches in the factory so everything arrives ready to wear. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Hoodies https://www.uzassports.com/custom-hoodies We make custom hoodies and tracksuits for sports clubs, gyms, schools and clothing brands in our own Sialkot factory: pullover and zip hoodies, fleece-lined sweatshirts, zip sweatshirts and joggers, with embroidered or printed logos and your own labels. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Styles: Pullover hoodies, zip hoodies, fleece-lined and zip sweatshirts, joggers - Fabric: Fleece in lighter and heavier weights, chosen for how the hoodie will be worn - Branding: Embroidery, printed logos, or full sublimation on polyester hoodies - Private label: Your neck labels, swing tags and packaging - Branding: Embroidered chest logo; Large back print and sleeve prints; All-over sublimated design on polyester hoodies; Matching joggers for a full tracksuit; Custom neck labels and swing tags for your brand #### Hoodies for clubs, gyms and brands Hoodies are one of the most requested items in our apparel range. Clubs order them as team warm-up and travel wear. Gyms sell them as merchandise. Clothing brands order them under their own label. We make pullover and zip hoodies, fleece-lined sweatshirts, zip sweatshirts and matching joggers and tracksuits. #### Choosing fabric and branding Fabric weight is usually given in gsm (grams per square metre). Lighter fleece suits layering and warmer climates, and heavier fleece feels thicker and warmer for winter. Tell us how the hoodie will be used and we will suggest a weight. For branding you can choose embroidery for a stitched, premium logo, a printed logo for bold, simple designs, or sublimation on polyester hoodies for a full all-over design. Add sleeve prints, a back print, custom neck labels and swing tags if you are selling under your own brand. #### How do I plan sizes, styles and colours for a bulk hoodie order? For a club or gym, collect sizes from the people who will wear the hoodies before you order, rather than guessing. A simple sign-up sheet with name, size and any name or number to print avoids most reorders. Add a few extra pieces in the most common sizes for new members and staff. For a brand selling to the public, base your size split on your past sales, or start with a small first run across the core sizes and reorder what sells. Decide early between pullover and zip hoodies. Pullovers give a clean, uninterrupted chest for a large front logo. Zip hoodies are easier to wear over training kit and suit a smaller embroidered chest logo with a large back print. Many clubs order zip hoodies with matching joggers as a full tracksuit. Keep the number of colourways and logo placements focused. Each extra fabric colour and each extra print or embroidery position is a separate setup, so one or two colours with a chest logo and a back print is usually the easiest first order. Tell us your exact brand colours (Pantone codes if you have them) and we use them for your complimentary prototype, so you can check the colour in your hands before bulk production. Quick checklist before you ask for a quote: style (pullover, zip or both), fabric weight or how the hoodie will be used, fabric colours, logo files and where each logo goes, size breakdown per colour, any names or numbers, neck labels and swing tags for your own brand, and the date you need them. Send what you have and our designers will help with the rest for free. #### How to order Send your logo, colours and a size list. Our designers prepare the artwork for free, and you approve a complimentary prototype before bulk production, which takes 2 to 4 weeks. There is no minimum order, so a brand can test a design with a small run, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: What does gsm mean for hoodies? A: Gsm is grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. Lighter fleece is better for layering and warm weather, and heavier fleece feels thicker and warmer. Tell us how the hoodie will be used and we'll suggest a weight. Q: Can I launch my own clothing brand with you? A: Yes. We make private-label hoodies with your labels and packaging, and with no minimum order you can test a design with a small first run. Q: Can we order matching team tracksuits? A: Yes. Order hoodies or zip jackets with matching joggers in your club colours, with names or numbers if you need them. Q: Do you sell wholesale hoodies? A: Yes. We make hoodies in bulk for gyms, clubs, schools, events and clothing brands at wholesale prices, with your logo and labels. There's no minimum order, and pricing steps down as quantities go up. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Private Label Sportswear https://www.uzassports.com/private-label-sportswear UZAS Sports makes private-label sportswear and combat gear for new and growing brands in our own Sialkot factory, which we have run since 2005: boxing and MMA gloves, BJJ gis, rash guards, fight shorts, hoodies, jerseys and patches, finished with your logo, neck labels, swing tags and packaging. There's no minimum order, so you can launch with a small first run, and you approve a complimentary prototype before any bulk order. Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks and we ship worldwide. - Minimum order: None. Start from a single piece; shipping is free from 25 pieces - Prototype: A complimentary prototype with your branding, approved before bulk - Lead time: Bulk production in 2–4 weeks after approval - Range: Gloves, gis, rash guards, fight shorts, hoodies, jerseys, patches and bags - Branding: Your logo embroidered, printed, sublimated or debossed; Your own neck labels and swing tags; Branded packaging and boxes; Free design support, from a rough idea to a print-ready file; Preview your design first in the AI mockup studio #### What to send us for a private label quote You do not need a full tech pack to get started. For a first quote, send the products you want (for example gloves, a BJJ gi, rash guards or fight shorts), a rough quantity for each style and size, your logo files, your brand colours and any reference photos or sketches of the look you want. If you already have a tech pack with measurements, fabric and logo placement, send it too, because it makes the quote and the prototype more accurate. Tell us which branding you need beyond the logo: woven or printed neck labels, care labels, swing tags, and branded bags or boxes. If you only have a logo, our designers can help turn it into label, tag and print artwork for free. #### How the prototype protects your brand Before any bulk order we make a complimentary prototype with your logo and branding. Use it the way your customers will: check the fit on a few people of different builds, wash it, train in it, and look closely at the stitching, the print or embroidery and how the labels sit. Write down every change you want and confirm them before you approve, so the bulk run matches the product you signed off. Keep a record of the approved version, including sizes, colours, fabric and label details. When you reorder, that record means the next batch is made to the same standard as the first. #### Planning a first run for a new brand With no minimum order, a new brand can launch with a small range: a few styles in the sizes you expect to sell most, rather than every product in every size. Once you see what sells, reorder the winners in larger runs. Orders of 25 pieces or more ship free, prototypes and urgent orders travel by air freight, and bulk orders can go by sea. Bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the prototype, so plan your launch date backwards from that, and leave time for shipping and for any changes after the prototype. For a step-by-step look at the whole process, read our guide to starting your own BJJ and fightwear brand. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Can I start a clothing or fightwear brand with a small budget? A: Yes. With no minimum order you can launch with a few pieces in each style, test what sells, then reorder in larger runs. Q: Can you add my own labels and packaging? A: Yes. We add your neck labels, swing tags and branded packaging, so the product arrives ready to sell as your own brand. Q: Can I get a prototype before I commit? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your branding for you to approve, so you can check fit, fabric and finish first. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom PVC Patches https://www.uzassports.com/custom-pvc-patches We make custom PVC patches for tactical teams, airsoft and paintball squads, fire and rescue crews, clubs and clothing brands. Each design gets its own mould, so you can have flat 2D patches or raised 3D layers, any shape and size, with hook-and-loop, sew-on or glow-in-the-dark finishes. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Finish: Flat 2D or multi-layer 3D, matte or gloss - Backing: Hook-and-loop (Velcro), sew-on channel, or adhesive - Effects: Glow-in-the-dark, metallic and fine raised lettering - Also in PVC: Keyrings, wristbands, stickers and belt loops - Branding: A mould made for your design; Colours matched to your logo; Any outline shape; Waterproof and flexible for outdoor and tactical use; Matching PVC keyrings and wristbands for merch Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: What is the difference between 2D and 3D PVC patches? A: 2D patches have flat layers of colour. 3D patches have raised, sculpted layers, so faces, animals and lettering stand out and catch the light. Q: Are PVC patches waterproof? A: Yes. PVC is a soft, flexible rubber that does not fray, fade or soak up water, which is why tactical, airsoft and outdoor teams choose it. Q: Can PVC patches glow in the dark? A: Yes. We can use glow-in-the-dark PVC for the whole patch or for parts of the design. Q: PVC or embroidered: which should I choose? A: Choose PVC for durability, water resistance and sharp raised detail. Choose embroidery for a classic textured look on uniforms and gis. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Taekwondo Sparring Gear https://www.uzassports.com/taekwondo-sparring-gear We make taekwondo sparring gear for schools, clubs and martial arts suppliers: moulded head guards, hand protectors, foot protectors, forearm guards and shin guards, in red, blue or your club colours. Order the gear with your doboks and belts so the whole kit comes from one factory. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype first. - Head guards: Moulded foam with vents, ear protection and an adjustable strap - Hand & foot: Hand protectors and foot protectors in matched pairs - Arm & leg: Forearm guards and shin guards with double straps - Colours: Red, blue, black, white or your club colours - Branding: Red and blue sets for competition sparring; Your school or club logo on the gear; Kids and adult sizes; Packed as full sets for new students; Matching doboks, belts and bags Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Which sparring gear do new taekwondo students need? A: Most schools start students with a head guard, hand protectors, foot protectors, forearm guards and shin guards. Tell us what your school requires and we quote it as a set. Q: Can you make red and blue sets? A: Yes. We make head guards and protectors in red and blue for sparring, plus black, white or your club colours. Q: Can we order sparring gear with our doboks? A: Yes. We make taekwondo uniforms and belts too, so the whole order can be made and shipped together. Q: Do you make kids sizes? A: Yes. Tell us the size range of your students and we confirm sizing on the prototype. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Polo Shirts https://www.uzassports.com/custom-polo-shirts We make custom polo shirts for sports clubs, coaching staff, gyms, schools and businesses: performance polos with an embroidered or printed logo, and fully sublimated polos with your design printed edge to edge. Add your own neck labels for a private-label range. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Styles: Performance polos, cotton-feel polos and fully sublimated polos - Branding: Chest embroidery, sleeve and back prints, or full sublimation - Uses: Coaches, club officials, staff uniforms, events and merch - Private label: Your neck labels, swing tags and packaging - Branding: Embroidered chest logo; Sponsor and sleeve prints; Names or roles on the back; Colours matched to your club or brand; Matching tees, jackets and hoodies #### Performance, cotton-feel or sublimated: which polo suits your club or staff? Start with where the polos will be worn. Coaches, referees and staff who are on their feet outdoors usually want a performance polo, because the lighter technical fabric dries quickly and keeps its shape after many washes. Club officials, front-desk and office staff often prefer a cotton-feel polo, which looks smarter and feels softer for a full working day. A fully sublimated polo suits teams and events that want their own colours, stripes or sponsor logos across the whole shirt, because the design is printed into the fabric so it doesn't crack or peel. Many clubs order two versions in one run, for example sublimated polos for the playing squad and match days, and embroidered performance polos in the club colour for coaches and committee members. Because there is no minimum order, you can split a first order this way and add more of the style people wear most when you reorder. #### Where to put the logo, names and sponsors The left chest is the standard place for a club crest or company logo, and embroidery there gives a raised, premium finish that lasts. Keep fine text and very thin lines out of a small chest logo, because they can blur in thread; our designers can prepare a clean embroidery version of your logo for free. Sponsor logos usually go on the right chest or the sleeve, and a name, role or club website fits across the upper back. If staff need their own names or roles, such as Coach, Physio or Manager, send us a simple list with each person's name and size, and we add them to each shirt in the same order. When your complimentary prototype arrives, try it on two or three people and check that the chest logo sits at the right height and the colours match your club or brand. #### Checklist for a custom polo shirt quote Style: performance, cotton-feel or fully sublimated, or a mix. Colours: the body, collar and any trim or stripes, matched to your club or brand colours. Branding: your logo file (a vector file is best, but a clear PNG or photo works), where each logo goes, and whether it is embroidered or printed. Names: a list of names or roles with sizes, if you need them. Sizes: a rough split across sizes, plus any women's or junior sizes. Labels: your own neck labels and swing tags if you will sell the polos as merch. Quantity and date: roughly how many, and when you need them, for example before a season launch, an event or a new staff intake. Once you approve the prototype, bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks in our own factory in Sialkot, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. We can also make matching tees, hoodies, jackets and tracksuits in the same colours, so your whole club or staff uniform comes from one order. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Embroidered or printed logo? A: Embroidery gives a raised, premium finish that suits staff and coaching polos. Printing suits large or very detailed logos. For a design across the whole shirt, choose a sublimated polo. Q: Can every polo have a different name? A: Yes. Names and roles can be printed or embroidered on each shirt in the same order. Q: Can you make matching items? A: Yes. We make tees, jackets, hoodies and tracksuits in the same colours so your whole uniform matches. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Beanies https://www.uzassports.com/custom-beanies We make custom beanies for clubs, clothing brands, gyms and businesses: cuffed beanies and pom beanies with an embroidered logo, and jacquard knit beanies with the design knitted into the fabric. Choose your colours and logo placement, and add your own labels. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype first. - Styles: Cuffed beanies, pom beanies and jacquard knit beanies - Logo: Embroidered on the cuff or front, or knitted into the design - Colours: Any knit colour, with stripes and pom colours to match - Labels: Woven side labels and your own swing tags - Branding: Embroidered logo on the cuff; All-over jacquard knit designs; Two-tone stripes and contrast poms; Woven brand labels; Matching hoodies and tracksuits #### Cuffed, pom or jacquard knit: which beanie suits your order? Start with how the beanies will be used. A cuffed beanie is the most common choice for club merch, staff uniforms and brand drops, because the folded cuff gives a flat, firm area at the front for an embroidered logo. A pom beanie suits supporters, school and winter club merch, and the pom can match or contrast with your club colours. A jacquard knit beanie has the design knitted into the fabric, so it suits stripes, all-over patterns and bold lettering that runs around the whole hat. Many clubs and brands order two styles together, for example a plain cuffed beanie with an embroidered logo for everyday wear and a jacquard or pom version in team colours for match days and gifts. Because there is no minimum order, you can split a first run across styles and see which one your members or customers prefer before you reorder. #### Getting the logo right on a knitted beanie Knit is stretchy and ribbed, so very fine detail and small text can get lost in embroidery. Logos with clear shapes, bold lettering and a few colours stitch best. If your logo has thin lines or a long name, our designers can prepare a simplified version for the beanie for free, while keeping it recognisable as your brand. Think about placement too. Most buyers put the logo in the centre of the cuff, while some brands add a small woven label on the side of the cuff for a retail look. When your complimentary prototype arrives, fold the cuff, put it on a few different heads and check that the logo sits straight and in the right place before you approve bulk production. #### Checklist for a custom beanie quote Style: cuffed, pom or jacquard knit, or more than one. Colours: the main knit colour, any stripes and the pom colour. Logo: your logo file (a vector file is best, but a clear PNG or photo works) and where it goes. Labels: woven side labels and swing tags if you will sell them under your own brand. Quantity: a rough number for each style and colour. Date: when you need them, for example before winter, a season launch or a club event. Once you approve the prototype, bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks in our own factory in Sialkot, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Beanies are easy to add to a hoodie, tracksuit or polo order, so the whole range carries the same logo and colours. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Embroidered or jacquard knit? A: An embroidered logo sits on top of the knit and suits clean, small logos. Jacquard knit weaves the design into the beanie itself, so it suits all-over patterns and bold lettering. Q: Can you add a pom? A: Yes. We make pom beanies with the pom in your choice of colour. Q: Can we sell them under our own brand? A: Yes. We add your woven labels and swing tags, and pack them ready for sale. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Hi-Vis Workwear https://www.uzassports.com/custom-hi-vis-workwear We make custom hi-vis workwear for trade businesses, builders, councils and event crews: vests with reflective tape, hi-vis tees and hoodies, all with your company logo printed or embroidered. We make oversized, boxy-fit tees in heavier cotton for streetwear and fightwear brands, with dropped shoulders, your print and your own neck label. Q: Screen print, embroidery or sublimation? A: Screen printing suits cotton tees with bold logos. Embroidery gives a small, premium logo that lasts. Sublimation prints full-colour, all-over designs on polyester tees and never cracks. Tell us your design and we'll recommend the best method. Q: Can I get one sample before ordering? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your design so you can check the fabric, fit and print before bulk production. Q: Do you make cheap custom t-shirts in bulk? A: We price t-shirts by fabric, print method and quantity, and the unit price drops as your order grows. Tell us your budget and quantity and we'll suggest the fabric and print that fit it. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Muay Thai Shorts https://www.uzassports.com/custom-muay-thai-shorts We make custom Muay Thai shorts in our own Sialkot factory for Muay Thai gyms, kickboxing clubs and fightwear brands: the traditional short, wide-leg Thai cut with a high elastic waistband and side splits, in satin or polyester, with your logo embroidered, printed or sublimated and your name across the waistband. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Cut: Traditional Thai cut: short, wide leg, high side splits, wide elastic waistband - Fabric: Satin for the classic shine, or lightweight polyester for training - Branding: Embroidery, printed logos, Thai-style lettering, or full sublimation - Sizes: XS to 2XL, waist 28" to 40" (70–100 cm), or your own size spec - Branding: Gym or brand name across the waistband; Front logo on the crotch panel; Contrast piping and trim in your colours; Side-leg graphics and Thai-style lettering; Your own labels, swing tags and packaging for private label Q: Is there a minimum order? The elastic waistband stretches, and brands can have the run graded to their own size spec. Q: Can I start a Muay Thai fightwear brand with you? A: Yes. Many of our customers are new fightwear brands. We add your woven labels, waistband branding and packaging, and with no minimum order you can launch with a small first drop. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Leggings https://www.uzassports.com/custom-leggings We make custom activewear in our own Sialkot factory for fitness brands, gyms and studios: high-waisted gym leggings, sports bras, crop tops, men's gym tights and compression shorts, in stretch fabric with your logo printed, heat-transferred or sublimated and your own labels. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before the bulk order. - Styles: High-waisted leggings, sports bras, crop tops, men's gym tights, compression shorts - Fabric: Four-way stretch blends for squat-proof, shape-holding activewear - Branding: Printed or heat-transfer logos, or all-over sublimated prints - Sizes: XS to 2XL, or graded to your own size spec - Branding: Waistband or hip logo; All-over sublimated patterns; Matching leggings and sports bra sets; Your own neck and care labels; Swing tags and individual packing for retail #### How to test a custom leggings prototype before you order in bulk The biggest complaint about cheap gym leggings is that they turn see-through when the wearer squats or bends. That is why we make our leggings in four-way stretch blends chosen to be squat-proof and to hold their shape, and why your complimentary prototype matters. When it arrives, do a squat test: have someone wear the leggings and squat deeply in good daylight, in front of a mirror and with a phone torch behind, and check the seat and knees for any show-through. Do it in your darkest and your lightest colour, because pale shades show more. Then wear them for a real session, not just a try-on. Check that the high waistband stays up and does not roll down during squats, lunges and running, that the seams do not rub on the inner thigh, and that the leggings go back to their shape after a wash. If your design has a logo on the waistband or hip, look at it when the fabric is stretched: a printed or heat-transfer logo should stay clear and not crack, and an all-over sublimated pattern is printed into the fabric so it doesn't crack or peel at all. Tell us anything you want changed, such as the rise, length or logo size, before you approve the bulk order. #### Checklist for a custom leggings and activewear quote Styles: high-waisted leggings, sports bras, crop tops, men's gym tights or compression shorts, and whether you want matching sets. Colours: solid colours, or an all-over sublimated print (you can download our 14-page Pantone-referenced sublimation colour chart from the size guide page). Branding: your logo file, where it goes (waistband, hip or chest) and whether it is printed, heat-transferred or sublimated. Sizes: a rough split across XS to 2XL from our leggings size chart, or your own size spec if you want the run graded to it. Labels and packing: your own neck and care labels, swing tags and individual packing if you will sell them in a shop or online. Quantity and date: roughly how many of each style and when you want to launch. With no minimum order, a new activewear brand or gym can start small, for example two leggings colours and a matching sports bra, and reorder the styles that sell. Bulk production takes 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the prototype in our own factory in Sialkot, and orders of 25 pieces or more ship free. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Can I launch an activewear brand with a small first order? A: Yes. With no minimum order you can start with a small run of leggings and sports bras in a few colours, then reorder the styles that sell. Q: What sizes do your leggings come in? A: XS to 2XL as standard, from a 29.2 cm to 40.6 cm half waist. Brands can also have the run graded to their own size spec. Q: Can I get a sample before ordering? A: Yes. We make a complimentary prototype with your logo so you can check the fabric, stretch and fit before bulk production. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ### Custom Volleyball Jerseys https://www.uzassports.com/custom-volleyball-jerseys We make custom sublimated volleyball jerseys and uniforms for clubs, schools, colleges and beach volleyball teams. Your design, names, numbers and sponsor logos are printed into lightweight polyester, so they don't crack, peel or fade, and every player's shirt can be different. Add a libero jersey in a contrasting colour in the same order. There's no minimum order, and you approve a complimentary prototype before bulk. - Fabric: Lightweight, breathable polyester for indoor and beach play - Styles: Sleeveless, cap-sleeve and short-sleeve jerseys, men's and women's cuts - Printing: Full sublimation: names, numbers and sponsors in the same pass - Team extras: Libero jerseys, warm-up shirts, hoodies and bags to match - Branding: Numbers on the front and back; Player names and team crest; Libero jersey in a contrasting colour; Sponsor logos on the chest and sleeves; Your own neck labels Q: Is there a minimum order? A: No. You can order from a single piece, and shipping is free from 25 pieces. Q: Can you make a libero jersey in a different colour? A: Yes. Most competitions ask for the libero to wear a contrasting colour, so we print the libero shirts in the same order with matching numbers and design. Check your league's rules for the exact requirement. Q: Can every jersey have a different name and number? A: Yes. Send us your roster with names, numbers and sizes, and each jersey is printed individually in the same run. Q: Will the print crack or fade? A: No. Sublimation dyes the design into the polyester fibres, so there's no layer on top to crack or peel, even after a season of washing. Q: How long does a team order take? A: You approve a complimentary prototype first, then bulk production usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. Tell us your season or tournament date when you ask for a quote. Q: Where are they made? A: In our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which we have run since 2005. You can visit our showroom in Sialkot, and our booking offices in Melbourne, Australia and Chicago, USA handle orders and enquiries. ## Size charts Full size guide: https://www.uzassports.com/size-guide ### BJJ gi size chart (A0 to A5) Our adult jiu-jitsu gis come in sizes A0 to A5, from a 22" to 28" jacket chest and 31" to 39" jacket length, with a height and weight guide for each size.
